Charles Frederick Weigle
1871 – 1966
Charles Frederick Weigle’s keen interest in music led him to attend the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, where he received training that later proved invaluable. He became both an inspiring preacher and a gifted songwriter.
He wrote more than one thousand Gospel songs, the most famous was, “No One Ever Cared For Me Like Jesus.”
On December 3, 1966, the Lord called him home after he had spent his last fifteen years on the campus of Tennessee Temple Schools in Chattanooga.
